The Medical Center at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University, is equipped with medical devices, examination beds, and medications, especially emergency and first-aid medications for burns, wounds, and laboratory accidents. The center conducts medical examinations for all new students before the start of the academic year, informing them about the medical services it offers and identifying cases requiring ongoing treatment and follow-up, such as diabetes, to ensure continuous monitoring and the full dispensing of medication monthly.

The Faculty's Medical Center operates throughout the day until late evening, receiving patients from among students and staff. Emergency treatment is provided, and critical cases are referred to the hospital. The doctors at the center play a significant role in health awareness, particularly regarding disease prevention during outbreaks. The center also collaborates with the Faculty administration to organize vaccination campaigns against infectious diseases, as was done during the COVID-19 pandemic.
